4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (or nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice (adds brightness!)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)
How to Make It:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
2️⃣ Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
3️⃣ Add the veggies: Fold in chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
